- • Everything was great until check out. They asked us to pay for 2 bottles of water while we took 2 cold ones from the fridge and put the 2 outside in the room inside the fridge not realizing it was a different brand.

Overall, the cost performance for facilities and services (including breakfast) is excellent. Even when there was a problem with the booking, the two female reception staff responded politely via message. There are dining options within a 5-minute walk, and the Hue Imperial City is only a 5-10 minute taxi ride away, so it's not bad.
