Great hotel without usable pool
We particularly liked the very large and extremely clean room. The bed was extremely comfortable - we slept excellently in it. Although our room faced the street, it was pleasantly quiet, allowing us to sleep undisturbed. We were also impressed by how well thought out and modern the entire hotel concept is. Comfort and hygiene were considered in many places, for example, through touchless trash cans and touchless door openers. These details convey a very modern and high-quality impression and make the stay particularly pleasant.

- • During our four-night stay, there was not a single day when we could use the pool without restrictions. For us, this means that the hotel practically does not offer a pool, which is a clear downside as this was the main reason for our booking. The 'sorry for Bad experience' from the rooftop staff seemed rehearsed and often repeated. The same experience was described in many other reviews. We absolutely understand the hotel: The hotel guests have already paid, additional weddings or other events bring in more money. However, from our point of view, it is unfair to unethical towards the hotel guests when central facilities like the pool cannot be used as advertised. Our tip to all those who primarily book this hotel because of the pool: Do not assume that you can use it, or choose another hotel if having a pool available at all times is important to you.
