- • Spa timings can be extended or staff numbers increased. We could not have one as therapist was not available.
Breakfast could be better but wasn't poor at all. As a property I think we can do much better. This in saying from an experience of 29 yrs in the world of F&B. Thanks

Good property with very good staff
I want to specially mention Saquib from the front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay extremely comfortable. He upgraded me to a better room and ensured that I am comfortable throughout the stay. I have always preferred Taj or Marriott for my stays in Kolkata each time. But this has changed after my recent stay in ITC Sonar.

- • Connecting to Wi-fi is a hassle
Complet waste of money
except the rooms, nothing was there to like. I did not have breakfast inspite of being at the restaurant. The service was very poor. I waited for half an hour for my ordered breakfast to arrive and left, that too when the restaurant was empty barely 5-7 guests were there.
