- • Its too massive and confusing to get from a restaurant to another or the room. Poor directions. Rooms poorly appointed - very dark decor. Didn't enjoy the room at all.
Rooms were fine. Good selection of restaurants but service was mixed. Staff and food at Pan Asian were very good. Spa was nice.

- • The swim timings could be extended. The water pressure is way way too much. Not enough places to see apart from the foyer and the grand staircase.

Stunning building, great facilities! A proper 5-star hotel. Staff always attentive and willing to help with extra requests. Breakfast was fabulous also!
