A lovely hotel, with attentive staff and a good breakfast
The check in process was easy, the staff were accommodating. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was varied and the staff helped with anything I wanted.

- • The gym was really small and it was hard to find space even if just 5-6 people were in side. Also the hotel felt quite 'old' in terms of finishes and fixtures. The pillows were overly soft and difficult to find comfort on.
Comfortable Luxury.
You rarely come across a hotel in a big city which is as warm, cosy and relaxing as the ITC Grand Central. There is old world charm in the architecture matched with all the creature comforts ( including connected Smart TVs), and yes Dakshin, which is the #1 South Indian restaurant by miles. The Signature Kaya Kalp Spa is amazing ( the 1.5 hour Kaya Kalp therapy is amazing). You are in the heart of the city but its nestled in a quiet corner with no blaring traffic noises. The staff lead by it's affable GM Kunal Pahwa is all the way ITC - warm and courteous. For a city break, this is highly recommeneded. This to my mind is what comfortable luxury feels like.
