Back to this hotel several times for a good reason
Location is great, doorstep away to Pacific Place and short walk to Central. Train station at the mall and tram station right in front. The rooms are spacious but dated except those newly refurbished rooms. Breakfast is amazing! Plenty of choices and delicious. Check-in and Check-out services need to improve. Often have to queue up for check-in and check-out. Lifts are very slow as well. Hotel staff are very friendly.
