Heerlijk hotel, heerlijk rustige sfeer.
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms nice and quiet (7th floor), and the hotel itself looked good too. The breakfast was very extensive and the staff was SUPER friendly.

- • We wanted to swim a bit because it was hot. We showered in the room and then went downstairs in bathrobes, but we had to wear a swim cap. Men and women, this is due to hygiene. We didn't go swimming because it's simply too hot for a swim cap, and hygiene is not a valid argument, because if it's really important, then everyone should shower upon arrival and there should be, for example, a foot bath that everyone has to go through. Too bad about the pool.

- • The only issue is that some of the staff, especially in the spa, don’t speak English very well.
Nice hotel, hospitable and helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent location. Will stay there again at my next visit to Ankara

The room view is impossible to forget! Very beautiful and comfortable room. The staff was also very friendly. It was quite easy to get around from there, either by taxi or walking!

Best hotel in Ankara
I've had my fair share of hotel stays and I can confidently say this hotel is at a whole different level. The staff (and I literally mean EVERYONE) take care of you as if your satisfaction and comfort adds to their lifespan while keeping a very positive, can-do attitude. The location is very convenient, the rooms are nice and clean and all but that's all logistics. Nothing comes even close to the experience provided by the staff. My compliments to the hiring team, good job.
