The hotel is on top of the raffles shopping centre so it was extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are great and the staff are all really friendly!

Location is amazing. Staff super attentive and English speaking very good. Restaurants very good. Exterior bar is great. Gym good enough. Enjoyed a lot!!

- • Interior materials and finished are not high level (taps and faucets, fake stones, cheap model of Toto WC) but we are builders so we are picky in this. Other people may not notice :)

- • The ability of reception to solve problems, situations where travelers change their plans temporarily, the front desk's response measures are simple, the assistance ability is not strong, do we have to wait until the reservation department starts work at 9 o'clock, too few entertainment facilities, cannot stay for long
