Great stay in Auckland
Location right in the center. Top room with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Super breakfast. Very helpful staff.

First-class hotel in a prime location
The hotel is located near the ferry quay, very central. Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel, check-in was very fast and I received a very nice suite with a harbor view on the 10th floor as booked. In the lounge, there are very fine canapes in the evening. All attractions are within walking distance. My suite (corner suite with harbor view) was very well equipped.

- • On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a bar where loud music plays until sometimes 4:00 am, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. I confronted the hotel about this, and they offered me a room change. But I specifically booked this suite with a harbor view and paid 400CHF/night. They then came to an agreement with me by covering the valet parking costs and providing a food voucher of 100NZD, which was acceptable to me. And they apologized in every way. You can also hear the traffic very well even on the 10th floor.
