- • in the rooms there were only espresso capsules, there could be tea or another type of coffee, but it is really a small thing compared to the good service they provide.
It was great.
The location is spectacular, there is a lot of life in that area, always a party atmosphere, Peruvians are very friendly, many restaurants and cafes and bars, parks, my son was happy in that area. The hotel breakfast is very tasty. and the hotel staff is very friendly.

- • I could never control the shower water, it was always boiling, I had a hard time showering.

- • Lack of courtesy from the bar staff, who mentioned the need to consume to stay in the restaurant where we were getting ready to watch the Brazil game, even though we were consuming and the place was empty. Also, reception staff need training to avoid confusion with exchange rates when informing payment amounts.

- • On the day of the World Cup game, we went to the bar/restaurant to watch. The place was empty, however, the staff offered to close the bill arguing the need to consume, even though we were consuming. Lack of training for the reception team in explaining payment options/currency conversions. Additionally, there is a need to improve guest service in obtaining more taxi and transfer service options, as traffic is complicated in Lima.

Jean Pierre took great care of us. The hotel catered to our food needs and offered very delicious breakfast options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind.
