Everything! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and the care make all the difference. We really enjoyed it and when we come back, we will definitely stay at the hotel again. The quality-price ratio is great considering the prices in Amsterdam. It's not in the center, but in 10 minutes you can get there by direct metro which is right next to the hotel.
