- • They are renovating it and it felt incomplete. It lacks many nice spaces, so in terms of price, it's not worth it because you don't pay just for a nice lobby

- • The notification about renovations before our stay did not clearly state that whole sections of the hotel would be out of use. Such a shame. It meant that facilities-wise it wasn’t 5-star during our stay

- • Poor quality breakfast, rooftop/poor area shabby, bedrooms small. The restaurant had changed hands recently and had a much smaller menu - we would have liked to have been informed in advance so we could change our reservation to somewhere more suitable. The food was average
