- • There is a sign saying that you can order fried eggs or omelets, but there was an event in the hotel's event space and the waiter told me that he couldn't do anything that was on the sign because they had an event! I complained to the reception, which was outraged by the waiter's action!

Safe location, stylish design, and a great night's sleep, despite the smaller room size.
The hotel is in a fantastic location within a safe and quiet neighborhood, which made for a very restful stay. The bed was extremely comfortable with a nice mid-to-plush feel, and I really enjoyed the sleek, modern design throughout the property. A huge plus was the free luggage storage before check-in, making it super convenient to explore the area right away.

- • The check-in process was quite slow; switching from paper forms to an electronic system would greatly speed things up for guests. Furthermore, the room felt a bit smaller than expected. Additionally, the outlets weren't near the bed, making it inconvenient to charge our phones overnight.
