- • Staff are unhelpful! We asked for a pizza at about midnight which is a standard service across ibis budget hotels and were told to use Uber Eats! It was only when they realized we knew they were supposed to be able to serve 24/7 that they reluctantly made it! On Thursday and Friday only half the breakfast items were out and they were not replenishing items that had run out! I saw a lady ask for milk for the coffee machine and again, they were very reluctant to fill it! All breakfast items had been cleared before 10 am! I have stayed at many ibis budgets! They are pretty basic but standard across the board but this is the 1st time I came across staff who made me feel like a nuisance

- • No communication after sale. When a reservation is non-refundable, it does not prevent you from trying to find an adequate solution for a person with a wheelchair.
A great stay overall.
An ideal location for me, close to transport links. As it's close to the city center, it made it easier for me to get to various locations. A nice clean room and smelled really good. If I had a bugbear, it would be the lack of a more comprehensive TV guide on screen but just a really minor issue.

- • The bar next door (the waterside) was a bit pricey for what you got. If it's part of your chain/company, lower the prices and it would probably compete with the nearby pubs.
Convenient location
Great location, very close to the center and right by the bus station. Easy access to everywhere. Great views of the city. Staff were super friendly and very easy to check in/out.
