- • Unfortunately, the level of guests degrades the hotel: many guests are looking to make new acquaintances, many guests smoke heavily, many leave a lot of food uneaten (reckless waste!) ... And unfortunately, the staff, especially the servers, are simply unprofessional. There is a lot of chaos in the main restaurant (especially in the outdoor area), and it is often chaotic in the beach restaurant as well. The management tries to satisfy the guests with immediate measures, although profound changes are recommended.
Beautiful property. The food quality exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were all smiles and the servers in all restaurants were kind and helpful.

Very good service, food, rooms. Everything was perfect. Bravo to the girls from the main restaurant, they didn't let us miss anything. We will be their guests again.

The only reason for the great time at Hyde Bodrum is Nejdet Hallaç, without him, it wouldn't have been this fun
The facility was quite nice, everything was perfect, especially thanks to Nejdet Hallaç, I had the best vacation because of him, I will always come back as long as Nejdet Hallaç is there

- • At the reception, they couldn't find our reservation for a long time and kept us waiting for more than two hours, to which we made a remark and asked the staff to compensate us with free paddleboarding so that we wouldn't leave a bad review. The next day, the hotel's senior manager called us and started threatening us with the police for threatening the staff and said that the police would deport us, we listened to his threats for about an hour. We got upset and after this threat, my vacation was greatly ruined. Also, if you plan to stay long at this hotel, I wouldn't recommend it because the hotel is small, all the windows face the inner courtyard, and at night there is constant noise from nightclubs and guests shouting, silence only comes around 5 in the morning. One or two days are fun, but for a week, it is very tiring.
