- • Delayed suite preparation upon arrival, where I waited for more than two and a half hours, and it would have been better if the room was ready at check-in time
Amazing stay
This place is so nice to enjoy your holidays. We had a great experience with the Blossom entertainment team. Full of energy and lots of fun. We also liked the service and thank you very much to all the working staff.

- • Honestly, the Relax pool being off-limits to children is illogical, or it should be stated on the website so I know this is the system. I was very annoyed to have my children in one area while I was in another. If I had known this when I came to this hotel, knowing that I am a regular customer of Kempinski, but I wanted a change. Thank you

This was our fourth visit to the hotel, and I would like to thank most of the staff for their hospitality and service. Unfortunately, one receptionist made check-in unpleasant with unhelpful and inconsistent information, which was frustrating. I hope management addresses this. We would especially like to thank Waleed Tharwat, the restaurant manager, for his care and support—we already miss you. Thanks as well to Camel and Firas Daraz, managers at the Olive Restaurant, for their professionalism, and to Genoa and Sanaa for their kindness and great service. The food was fresh and delicious. A key reason for our stay was the singers Rimon Yazbak and Kozet Dahi, whose performances were outstanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the staff who made it pleasant, but we hope future visits fully meet five-star standards.

Lovely vacation
Beautiful and clean hotel and beach. Service at the restaurant and bar was good and the activities with the Blossom animation team were fun.
