I’ll still be back but front of house staff could be better.
I have stayed here many times as I like the old style of the hotel. It’s quiet, elegant and spacious.

- • Despite the fact that I have been here many times, I was greeted with have you stayed with us before. And no instructions were given for my car.

Loved it and will definitely stay again if in Canberra and the price is right.
Everything. The hotel, staff, and grounds are superb. Good quality food, lovely rooms. Our room was lovely but needs just a little maintenance on its air con - very loud if temperature turned up and taps in bathroom need to be checked. Have to be turned off very tightly. Unfortunately it is a bit removed - not close to any shops etc.

The cost is above average for hotels in Canberra, but well worth it.
The breakfast was a buffet with excellent choices that you expect from a 5 star hotel. 10/10. Second barista made coffee at no charge. Many other places charge for a second coffee.
