I like the area! Very clean and convenient location. Should’ve been microwave in room and balcony. More options to eat inside overall nice eight out of 10.

Amazing, Clean, Friendly
So far this trip has been incredible. Lea has not only made our room perfect and restocked everything without me even having to ask, but she is also so friendly and sweet! I loved staying on her floor!

It's Worth a Stay If Using Points
Location was the best! The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The costs for the 7 nights were reasonable it was the daily resort fees that made it not worth it. For the amount of resort fees, I was expecting to enjoy a daily swim in the pool, but the pool is not for adults it is a kiddie pool. There is a hot tub, but the average temp. was too hot for sitting in a hot tub. I don't understand why they no longer have a restaurant or bar area and still charge so much in resort fees and $50-$65 to park your vehicle. Your best option is to avoid getting a rental car and take Uber or Lyft, or the bus. The hotel staff were very nice, professional and always accommodating. I felt safe in this hotel as there was not a lot of suspicious activities or people standing around. In either direction leaving the hotel you were on a main strip to food, bars, stores, shopping and honestly everything. I stayed on the 20th floor, and I didn't hear much noise. Ellen was our room attendant, and she was very helpful and made sure our room was nice and tidy daily. I wouldn't mind staying here again but I would rather try somewhere else before staying here again. They are too nice of a hotel to come short in some of the main amenities. If you're using points for your stay then cool, but to pay out of pocket, I would suggest shopping around and call the hotel ahead of time and ask questions before booking.

Absolutely Extraordinary
The Hyatt Centric has a great location with easily walkable travel to the beach and shops. It was very accommodating and a wonderful stay. Our housekeeper, Lea, was extraordinary. This was our first big family vacation with our 1-year-old and she ensured our room had everything we could possibly need on a daily basis to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
