Comfortable rooms, strong and hot shower, wonderful bed (04 pillows on each bed), very good breakfast. Breakfast team super friendly. We highlight the employee 'Francisca' (we think that's the name). Super friendly, with great city tips, made a difference.

Prime location and overall good service
At check-in, I waited in the Expedited check-in line but nobody was there to greet me. In the regular line, the girl was checking in a couple. Once they finished, the girl looked at me and just said that it was my turn. Then, a new couple arrived to check in, so I asked the receptionist if she wanted me to walk over since there was no sign that she was going to switch stations to take care of me. She responded yes, that I could go to her station for check-in, and she told the arriving couple I was first. Also, when I asked for my Globalist upgrade to a suite (the hotel only had two junior terrace suites available), the receptionist girl told me that there was none available despite me telling her that the app showed availability for the days I was staying at the property. Finally, they ended up giving me the upgrade, but I had to wait for almost 2 hours even though I arrived at the standard check-in time. I didn't like that the receptionist lied to me and was hesitant to give me the Globalist upgrade despite having the room. Also, once I had the upgrade, on the first night of my arrival, I asked the front desk to bring me cutlery to my room, and that request was never fulfilled, so I had to eat my sushi with the ice tongs from my room. On Saturday, I called the front desk to report a burnt light on the ceiling and to fix the general switch of the room. After the handyman tried to fix it (unsuccessfully), he had to leave briefly (supposedly) to open another guest's door, and I had to wait for almost an hour for him to remove the things he left in the room (ladder, tools, etc.) and to put the lights back in place. I had to call the front desk so the handyman could remove the things he left in my room for over an hour. On the positive side, I had a small meeting with some friends in my room one of the nights I stayed at the hotel, and the staff were very helpful in bringing extra chairs, lights, power cords, ice, etc. Also, the hotel manager apologized for all the inconvenience during my stay and gave me a plate of sweet treats (which were amazing) and a note apologizing for everything. Additionally, they waived one night of my stay at the hotel due to all the time I lost dealing with the necessary repairs. Overall, the hotel is in a prime and secure location in Santiago de Chile, close to the subway and the business district. The staff were able to rectify all the inconveniences caused by the repairs, and they provided great service despite the initial disappointments at check-in. I definitely recommend this hotel for any World of Hyatt member or anyone looking to stay in a hotel with great price/quality in a good location.
