The hotel has been partially renovated. Rooms are nice. Housekeeping only comes upon request. Playzone is mediocre in terms of slot machines. Children's entertainment is only in the local language. Bowling looks good... EUR 18 per hour. Billiard cues seem worn out and bar staff are overwhelmed and unfriendly. Food selection is very good, but 40 minutes before the end of breakfast, you have to argue to get either pancakes or rice pudding as the chef did not want to produce more. Service and staff in general are rather mediocre. The aqua area in the adjacent building looks very run-down. Lights in the swimming area are only turned on at dusk. You have to argue for decaf coffee at breakfast... unfortunately, we won't be coming back.
