The cost-benefit ratio was not worth it.
The region where the accommodation is located, despite not being close to the center, is very beautiful and attractive (it is worth considering renting a car and having this freedom). The cabins are spacious but old. The breakfast is varied. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

- • The accommodation made several mistakes that caused inconvenience and are not acceptable for the size of the chain: My friend had a problem with the cabin heating and they could not resolve it without transferring her to another cabin. We ran out of water on the second day, early in the morning (and they provided us with an apartment to use). We chose to pay more and have the possibility of the cabin experience, and it was well below what we had envisioned.

The hotel has an enviable structure, with a beautiful local landscape, as well as a heated pool, gym, and restaurant. We booked there because of these attractions and we do not regret it. The distance to the center is close and can be solved with Uber if you are not driving. The breakfast is plentiful, with many options. We were a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) and stayed in a very comfortable cabin, with a equipped kitchen and a view of the lake and the mountain. I recommend requesting the cabin with this view when making the reservation.

Comfort and cleanliness
The shower is good, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is complete and delicious. The reception staff was very polite, they helped us whenever we needed.

Incredible vacation!
Very complete and tasty breakfast. We stayed in a very comfortable cabin, and it was great because we had a lot of snow in the city, so every day the lawn was covered with snow, great for playing.

Everything was great.
It snowed on our second day at the hotel, which allowed us to see live a scenario just like the one in the hotel's photo on booking, and it was incredible, beautiful to see. In addition, all the cabin structure was perfect for our family trip.

- • The gym could have a little more resources, but nothing that completely discredits it. The game room would also benefit from having some benches for the family member accompanying the player, but these are small details.
