- • The room is located in a building without an elevator, and the restaurant for dining also does not have an elevator, which is inconvenient when bringing a baby.

- • The room's air conditioning cannot be adjusted, the electric blanket on the bed cannot be used, the TV remote control is not functional, and the scariest part is that the shower room with dry and wet separation actually accumulated water that did not drain and even regurgitated yellow dirty water. Since these issues were discovered/happened at 10:30 PM, if one were to seek assistance from the staff, it might take even longer, affecting sleep and the activities of the next day. Therefore, the feedback was only given to the front desk upon check-out.
