- • It was terribly hot despite the AC being on high, fan and curtains drawn. Left for 3 hours, came back and it was even hotter, and the AC had started blowing hot air. Couldn't stay there and there was no staff to talk to, so booked another hotel. It was cooler in my car that had been in the sun for 10 minutes compared to the room.

- • The light switch for the toilet was missing and the promised repair never happened. No one responded, in three days, to my message when I asked the accommodation if I could borrow a hairdryer. The double bed was narrow and sagging on one side, so we had to use the single bed as well to sleep comfortably. Luckily it was there. Missed a hairdryer!
