Original & close to the city
The location with immediate proximity to the old town, the excellent accessibility by bike, and especially the super friendly and helpful staff with great tips were exceptional.

Great stay in the best location in Amsterdam. We booked very last minute. The cabins on the ship are functional with comfortable beds, spending leisure time on deck. The staff is extremely friendly with many tips for visiting Amsterdam, especially the huge breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

Daniel was an amazing host. It was very clean, had running AC, and was a splendid boat to be on. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Can't think of a better place to stay in Amsterdam
Brilliant location, 10-minute walk from Centraal Station, but also really quiet and private. Boat is superbly appointed, Karel and his team are super friendly. Beautiful lounge in which to relax with small 'honesty' bar, or we brought our own. There's also coffee and cookies available free at all times. We love staying on the Oosterdok boats and this was right up with the very best. My wife and I both absolutely loved it. Great value for money too. Tasty fresh buffet breakfast in a separate big dining room with eggs cooked to order.

- • Nothing! But important to make people aware that there are some steep stairs down to the cabins. The cabins themselves are pretty big for a barge, but are really places for sleep, getting changed and showered. None of this bothered us, as we know what to expect and the lovely upstairs lounge, with fine views of the city, more than make up for it.
