Excellent hotel for exploring Graz
This is a large hotel in a wonderful area of Graz. Easy to walk the city and explore. Staff was very helpful and room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful

One of the hosts at the Steirer restaurant was unfriendly, but everyone else was very nice. One host was great and helped me with a disgustingly rude Italian woman who tried to jump in front of me while in line. The breakfast was fine. The rooms were roomy and clean. The front desk staff were friendly as well. They didn't set up as thoroughly as they should for lectures though.

Great hotel, very accommodating. Helpful people everywhere! They even held onto our luggage on our last day while we had our final day in Graz
