A perfect place to relax
I'm a fan of this hotel and it keeps getting better. We really enjoyed the DJ at Sunset, the wine tasting, and the Bandokê. This time, I missed the ceramics class, but I also love it. We noticed the arrival of Chef Carlos Alexandre, bringing delicious novelties and, above all, a great vibe and joy in serving. Kindness from all the staff, from the reception to the entertainment and the spa. Congratulations to all.

- • The shower in my room was not working very well. It kept fluctuating between cold and hot water all the time.
For the price, I expected a better standard
Good bed, but very bad pillow

- • The place has a lot of green areas, but it seems neglected, average food, old room, we don't think it's worth what they ask for.
Hospitality that welcomes, enchants, and makes a difference.
Vila Rossa provides a memorable experience in every detail. The attention, care, and dedication with which the entire team welcomes guests are truly outstanding, providing excellent service to couples, families with children, and the elderly. My father has limited mobility and uses a wheelchair due to spine surgery. We were very happy to find a hotel fully prepared to welcome this public, with impeccable accessibility, golf carts for transportation, and employees who, with great kindness, go out of their way to help whenever needed. The gastronomy is spectacular, the guest musicians make the atmosphere even more special, and the whole experience was simply excellent. Our sincere gratitude to all the staff who, with professionalism and care, made our stay so special. We will definitely come back!
