- • The condition of the room. No silicone on the edge of the bath. Probably the wire from the old phone on the floor. Ants and small black flies probably due to humidity

- • Our refrigerator was defective. The bathroom fan was not working, so it quickly became humid in the room. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor.
For sleeping, it's fine but nothing special. Clean.
Quiet environment, parking very close and sufficient, close to a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and Old Quebec. Small functional kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, sink with water, dishes, and utensils in sufficient quantity). It's an old building that has been completely renovated. It's fine but nothing special.

- • Small room, good for 1 person. For a couple, it's tight. Missing a chair to sit at the table to eat (we were 2 people) but I don't know where we could have put it. No cloth to dry the dishes. Missing a washcloth (we were 2 people) and no shower mat in the bathroom the first night (we were 2 people).

Thanks to the staff at the reception.
The staff has been great every time we had to ask. The adapted shower was an unexpected plus. Being less than 10 minutes by car for our appointments via the nearby highway is a reason we return there.

- • We usually bring more so we don't have to ask for anything. But in the end, we had to check everything that is included, then ask to meet our needs. The staff was super understanding, I didn't have to explain or argue. The solutions were perfect and above all, without waiting.

Clean accommodation, friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi area very cozy. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Bus nearby to go to the center of Quebec.

The location of the hotel is correct, near a bus line that takes us directly to the center of Quebec. The rooms are okay but we had to ask to change rooms because we were given a windowless room, without natural light.

- • The pool is not pleasant, very small considering the size of the establishment, crowded and moderately clean. There are no rules for the pool, so people come with their outdoor shoes!
I loved everything, we were there for our 3rd wedding anniversary and we had the JMP suite, really wow
