High spirits and attentive staff!
The kindness and promptness of the staff are the strong point of the hotel. We left Fethiye for Rhodes, they kept our luggage and car. They helped us with ferry reservations to Rhodes and car rental in Greece. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and a fan, bathroom with enclosed shower, which is rare in Turkey, EXCELLENT HOTEL! The restaurant is very good, good food and excellent rooftop view.

Beautiful and adventurous
We booked the Sunset House (Annex) Promo Room and were very satisfied with the room. The view was great, the bed comfortable, the bathtub is a dream, and you also have a shower. The breakfast is very tasty and the hotel has a great location.

- • There were a few things that didn't bother us but might bother other guests. Our room was rather low so it can be cumbersome for people over 1.80m, but other rooms are not so low (we were accommodated in the annex building). Additionally, you have to climb some steps to get to the room. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not varied, which gets a bit boring over time. The English breakfast includes pork. Unfortunately, we had 2 cockroaches in the room. The parking situation is a bit cumbersome, especially with larger cars. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would come again.
Good location, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Great pool, good restaurant in the hotel. Transport to the promenade with Tuc Tuc possible.

- • Parking situation is a disaster!! We were there in June, I don't want to know how it is in July/August. Breakfast is always the same. Choice between Turkish and English breakfast. Pork is served without notice in the English breakfast. There is a risk of getting splinters from the wood around the pool. Splinter in the foot!
We have already recommended the hotel to friends. Would definitely stay at Unique hotel if returning to Fethiye.

- • The hotel location is great with amazing views over the marina. We stayed in room 804 which had a lovely terrace. The pool area is fantastic. and the breakfast was amazing.
