Little comfort.....
The room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. The TV and remote control are a disgrace, there is no channel list and the remote control works intermittently, the TV is very small. The mattress is extremely thin and there is no slatted frame, only a board, a disgrace and zero comfort.

Uninhabitable attic.
A three-star hotel that in Italy would barely deserve two. The accommodation they gave us was in the attic and consisted of 2 very narrow and long rooms, so the 4 single beds were placed side by side for the feet. Very poor light and a ceiling so low as to make us all claustrophobic. Those rooms would not have passed any commission for habitability... they should simply be used as an attic/warehouse. Mediocre cleanliness. Practically non-existent sweet breakfast if we exclude burnt croissants and a jar of jam. A bad experience for a town that deserves much better.

Very pleasant hotel, helpful, decent, and kind staff. We like to come back here, breakfast included with a large selection, rooms are nice, clean with pleasant furnishings. The hotel is close to the center and the spa. Everything is within walking distance.

Friendly but deferred maintenance & unhappy Re
Very friendly reception - unfortunately non-functioning/noisy & non-switchable cooling. Also no cleaning/room service. When asked why (in the evening) no clear answer & reaction. Renovation needed & cooling/noise not acceptable - also no reaction after notification (e.g. different room)

Weekend at Eger Rally
Nice hotel near the castle. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi has only 32-33 degrees Celsius temperature. The room is nice, but some details in the finishes are not so good.

Decent standard, good location, reasonable price
Well located close to the city center. No luxury but a simple, decent, and functional option for a stay that covers all the basics. Quiet area so you can get a good sleep. Breakfast is a buffet - not a huge selection but decent. Just a shame that the bakery items (rolls and buns) aren't fresh but rather from the previous day, which is hard to understand given that breakfast starts at 7 am. Comes at a competitive price point so provides decent value for your money.

Great value for money
Excellent value for money at this hotel. We even had the spa facilities to ourselves on the last morning! The buffet meal offer in the evenings is excellent. All the staff were very helpful. One even offered his own umbrella when he went out last night!

Hotel close to the spa (about 5 minutes walk), room with a view of the castle, near the center, suitable for evening walks in the city, parking available. The accommodation was great and the staff at the reception is very nice and helpful. I can't fault anything. Breakfast included is another plus, breakfast was great and everyone could find something to their liking.

Nice hotel in the center
Perfect location, easily accessible from the train station by city bus and a few minutes' walk. The hotel fully lived up to the expectations we had for a 3-star hotel. The room was a bit older standard and had a few faults, but all were fixed after we notified the staff. The breakfast was rich and some of the dishes changed every day. The spa area was really nice to relax in after a long day of excursions.
