まるで魔法にでもかかったかのような体験でした。
宿泊を終えた今も、思い出すたびに「HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTOは本当に良かった」と口にしてしまいます。 敷地に入った瞬間から声をかけていただき、ロビーへ着くまでに何度も名前を呼んで迎えてくださったこと。客室から電話をすると、ワンコールで「◯◯様、おはようございます」と応答されたこと。そして、充電中のケーブルがホテル名入りのバンドで美しくまとめられていたこと。細部までゲストを見てくださっていることが伝わりました。 茶道体験の松田様、マネージャーの渋谷様をはじめ、スタッフの皆様の対応が本当に素晴らしく、最後には多くの方が門の前まで見送ってくださいました。 建物、庭園、料理、意匠のすべてが素晴らしいホテルですが、最も心に残ったのは「人」です。 スタッフの方々にホテルの魅力を尋ねると、お二人とも即座に「人だと思います」と答えられました。実際に宿泊した私も、まったく同じように感じました。 心に残る滞在を、本当にありがとうございました。また必ず伺いたいと思います。

- • Completely overcrowded. Basically non existent concierge. I have no idea how they are three key Michelin. Absolutely would not return. If you plan to never use the concierge and don’t mind breakfast feeling like a zoo probably would be okay stay, but for the price I would recommend staying somewhere else as I feel part of the reason you pay the price is to have concierge help and have a peaceful hotel environment this hotel is neither of those. By the way, this was in low season, I can’t imagine what this place would be like in high season. Nightmare..
