- • I came to the hotel and booked a room with breakfast. I checked in, and the lady at the reception told me I had to pay extra for breakfast even though I booked it with breakfast. It costs an extra 17.50 € per day. Then I entered the room and found used tissues on the floor. The TV was not working either, no signal. I went back to the reception, and the lady unfriendly told me I had to sleep in the dirty room. The cleaning lady would come tomorrow. I stayed in the room and complained to the manager, who gave me a new room. He said I would get a free cappuccino, even though I had paid for breakfast. I was at the hotel from Monday to Friday without breakfast, which I had paid for. I do not recommend the hotel further.

- • The staff at check-in and check-out seemed barely awake, neither late at night when we arrived nor in the morning when we checked out. Two young guys who might need to work on their customer service skills. They were not unfriendly, but you could feel they needed some energy. No air conditioning and very stuffy in the room. Someone smoked a lot, maybe the floor below us since we were on the top floor. Hard to sleep with a strange smoke smell.
Great, comfortable and great bang for your buck.
The room pricing was a great deal and the rooms were clean and perfect. The room was quiet and also equipped with a small fan considering it was the end of July, that was a life saver.
