Super good hotel, the best in Krakow
Very good communication via email and phone about extra services during the stay (parking, flowers, and extra upgrade) - high quality! Quiet and peaceful surroundings at the hotel, very stylish and large room and bathroom. Very good restaurant on-site Nowe Rybki grill with great service and food experiences.

Everything:) design, location, the room and bathroom, both were very good size. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
