- • They offered me something that was not what I ordered when I went to have breakfast, they said that the breakfast package was not included knowing that I specifically chose it for that reason. Also, the door lock was broken all the time and I had to keep it at the front desk, looking for someone to open the door for me and I wasted a lot of time.
