- • The previous guest's belongings were left behind. Although it was a consecutive stay, we were asked to wash and reuse the towels. I found it odd that the rates for the first and second nights were the same.
Good size apartment, we received a free upgrade to a larger unit with a combo washing machine and dryer which was very helpful. The location is convenient if you don't mind walking 15 to 20 minutes to reach restaurants and bars.

Sometimes what seems too good to be true can actually be true, and this is one of those cases.
Extremely good value for the money, the most affordable and comprehensive accommodation during our stay in Japan. The amenities such as washing machine, stove, fridge, microwave were very satisfying. Great location close to Yasaka Temple.
