- • The rooms are like paper, you can hear everything happening next door, we couldn't rest due to the noise from the neighbors' TV, the doors are noisy, all noises can be felt. We would never return

I only had breakfast at the hotel. The buffet was very varied. I ordered from the menu twice and it met my expectations

Overall, the hotel is spectacular, the spa is delightful, all spaces are very pleasant and clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist us with whatever we needed

Good but...
The hotel has a great view, comfortable spaces, and good facilities. It is somewhat far from Pereira, so having your own vehicle is necessary because taxis are expensive. Also, despite receiving messages for early check-in, ignore them because you will still have to wait until 3 pm and waste time to visit Pereira and its surroundings
