Excellent facilities and service, with pending details to resolve
The facilities are excellent, very well-maintained and comfortable. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff's treatment was warm and attentive at all times. The manager, in particular, made an effort to ensure that my family's stay was wonderful.

- • When turning on the air conditioning, the room smelled musty. Although I was moved to another room, the initially offered courtesies (water and chocolates) were not replenished, and despite reporting it at the reception, there was no adjustment. That's why I had to use the minibar water, which ended up being charged to my account.

- • The last night was terrible for us, the power went out in the area and the generator was not working. We had a very bad night and when we called to inquire about what was happening, the receptionist was not very friendly in responding to us. In reality, they should have refunded us for that last night.
