- • Air condition was not enough cooling for heat weather. But their in-house maintenance team help me service the AC, have better result.

- • All is good but I find the gym a little too tight. They have basic dumbbells, treadmill, etc., but it is a small room. When I was there, there were kids playing inside 😅
Friendly Staff and Clean Hotel
The comfortable bed and clean toilet. Breakfast was good too. The staffs are friendly and the cleanliness is top-notch.

This hotel is worth staying for. The hospitality is beyond words. Me & family are extremely satisfied and happy with our stay. The staffs are to be complimented especially Chef Roff (sorry if I got the name wrong), Bella, and all the others that we cross paths with. Their hospitality is excellent. Very fast service be it at the breakfast table, hotel room service. The food served at breakfast was excellent and tastes so good. We always look forward to breakfast time :). Thank you Hotel Santika..we will definitely come back there :)

- • Just that the toilet in my room there is no full glass door to separate dry & wet area...only a half glass door so when I bathe it gets wet and also a suggestion to put a bright indicator on the glass door to make known of its existence as sometimes children or senior citizens or even young people can bang into the glass door. Apart from that nothing much to complain about actually but if there is a door separator it will be lovely. Thanks
