The location was good. It had a pool. Breakfast was okay. Friendly staff.

- • Everything felt damp in the room, our clothes always felt damp. The floors always seemed wet. There were gaps in windows so mosquitoes came in at night. Expensive.

Great service, a bit off the center but everything very quickly accessible.
The service was excellent: pick-up at the port, medical care, luggage transfer at the airport, restaurant recommendations including special requests. Pool very clean. Comfortable beds. Very good.

Comfortable hotel and well located.
The location is very good, a few blocks from everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They had many facilities like clean towels for the beach, sun umbrellas, snacks, etc.

- • A lot of noise from outside could be heard in the room and even between rooms. Also, the bathroom had no window or extractor fan.
Fabulous friendly relaxing stay at Hotel Santa Fe.
We loved the friendly and welcoming staff. The room was lovely with a comfy bed. Great facilities we loved the pool, the book swap area, and the location to everything. There was a great cafe right next door with great food. We loved the snacks and tea and coffee making facilities and the great breakfast each day. They even had bikes to use which were great. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the area and easily accessing the main attractions. We liked the breakfast. It wasn't a huge buffet, but a simple and very homely breakfast, with fruit, eggs, and everything needed to start the day well. We found it to be of very good quality and sufficient. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. Everything was very well maintained and organized. We really liked the little details they had for the guests. They gave us a water bottle and small backpacks, which were very useful during our stay. Additionally, on the first night, they offered complimentary drinks and snacks in the minibar, a very kind gesture that made us feel welcome from our arrival. The pool was always very clean and well maintained. We even saw them using a cleaning robot to keep it in excellent condition, demonstrating the care and attention they put into the facilities. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. Belén was super helpful at Reception. The hotel helped us coordinate transportation and excursions, making our stay much more comfortable and worry-free. The owner is very present in the hotel, personally overseeing that everything runs smoothly. He is a person with a lot of experience in Galápagos, very friendly and always willing to help. He knows the islands very well and provides excellent advice to organize visits and make the most of the stay.

- • As an improvement suggestion, in the bedroom, it would be useful to have a second luggage rack or some bench to support the luggage, as there was only one luggage rack and the rest of the luggage ended up on the floor.
Hotel Santa Fe is first class. I doubt you can find better.
The staff, facilities, and location were really excellent. I travel worldwide and this quaint private hotel treats you like a 5-star premium hotel is trained to treat their guests. Absolutely wonderful.

- • Breakfast was good. It had everything needed including made-to-order cooked eggs, yogurts, juice. The bread selection could have been a little better, but nothing else.
