- • Bad Wifi, Rude staff, not providing any solution when we have problems. We experienced horror night without AC & water, can’t use the toilet, and staffs just pretend to call somebody but nothing was fixed. We ask for another room, they say fully booked but we can obviously see a lot of empty rooms
