Pleasant and comfortable stay
Great location to move around, staff available for every need. The room was cozy and suitable for our needs, clean. Good breakfast. Suitable structure for families with even small children. The structure provides highchairs and play area, and useful supplements such as a crib can be requested. The fridge in the room allows for easy milk storage.

- • The structure has some slightly dated aspects and we had some difficulty with the stroller entering the elevator and passing through some doors but everything is solvable.
Hotel in a great location, historical structure. Compared to our previous stay 2 years ago, we found significant renovations such as air conditioning in the rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful, commendable given their shortage. Excellent and very abundant breakfast

- • Standard room: window with broken casement mechanism, so the door opened onto the bed! Malfunctioning safe. Shower head with a very rigid plastic hose and after a couple of requests, they only replaced the dispenser. The cellulose placemat (a bit stained) at our breakfast table was never changed in 7 days
Unfortunately short. But we will return because it is a place suitable for mental and physical rest.
Delicious breakfast and same for dinner. Chef and table staff are professional, very polite, and friendly.

- • A forgettable stay. Small room. You could hear noises from nearby rooms. Small bathroom, without a support for products except for a small shelf under the mirror, the shower was almost impossible to get into, as you moved to wash you would bump into the walls and there was no support for personal cleaning products. Faucets, except in the shower, without a mixer.
The hotel has an excellent value for money and the staff is kind and efficient
