Centrally located and functional.
The Hotel Salta is perfectly located on Placa 9 de Julio and close to good restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and varied in a pleasantly quiet atmosphere on the 1st floor with a good view of the action on the Placa. We would have liked to take more advantage of the terrace of our room, which was not possible due to time constraints. Everything was very clean and the reception as well as the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.

- • Furniture and facilities are authentic on one hand, but a bit worn out. Hopefully, the hotel manages to maintain its character while updating comfort (mattresses, bathroom facilities) in a timely manner.

When price and quality meet, that's good news.
Location is perfect. Breakfast is good and especially because it starts at 6AM. Great for long excursions which are usual in Salta.
