I don't usually expect much from a non five-star hotel—just a clean, comfortable place to sleep. The room met those expectations, but the service exceeded them by a mile. I've traveled to many countries over the years, and my wife is a travel vlogger, so we've experienced all kinds of accommodations—from budget stays to luxury hotels. What truly makes a stay memorable isn't always the room; it's the people. And the team here set a standard for what hospitality should be. A special thank you to Calvin, the manager, as well as Jed and Tes. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. They didn't just do their jobs—they made our stay feel personal. The location is another big advantage. It's an excellent base perfect for exploring Singapore's incredible gastronomic experience with plenty of great local eateries and food spots within easy reach. It made exploring Singapore's food scene incredibly convenient. If the hotel continues to have people like them representing it, they'll keep earning loyal guests.
