Excellent stay
The breakfast with lots of fruits, pastries, sausages... I recommend half board because it's not a buffet but a real restaurant, especially the excellent Italian restaurant, whether it's the breaded escalope, tagliatelle al ragu, gnocchi.., and the desserts like the rum-free baba, chocolate fondant, tiramisu.,. The room well-maintained and very pleasant. The large and supervised pool, always with a sunbed available for hotel guests. The staff very pleasant and available.

- • The neighborhood where the hotel is located, dirty and a bit abandoned. The outrageous price of the taxi or shuttle to the airport, 450 dirhams, when it was 150 on the way there. A real scam!

An Amazing hotel, 5* hotel at its finest. It was very very clean. Staff were exceptional. Will definitely be visiting again
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Sahrai. We were a group of 30. The hotel Management and staff went above and beyond. The pool staff, restaurant staff, porters, cleaners, reception staff, all were amazing and were so accommodating to our large group. This hotel is definitely 5* and above. I would like to give a special mention to Siham (Reception), honestly she made our trip so easy for us and helped us with all our needs including, tours, taxis etc. She even remembered most of the children’s names in the group and made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be coming again to this hotel in the near future. Thank you to everyone for giving us a memorable experience, forever grateful.

Lovely stay in Fes.
Fantastic and professional reception by Siham. Daily cleaning and replacement of towels in the bathroom. Cookies and fruit provided. In short: delightful and definitely worth repeating. Although we have been here several times for overnight stays and spa facilities.

The welcome, the hotel staff as a whole, the room was great and the setting is exotic for a good moment of relaxation and rest. A big thank you to the reception and especially to Siham and Sara who accompanied us throughout the stay.
