- • In my case, the room had not very nice walls, the bathroom shower got clogged when bathing, it's a shame they don't offer lunch and dinner services, and the floor upholstery was stained

- • The room heating system is with a split unit, unfortunately, it was very noisy and prevented rest as every time it cut off and restarted due to the thermostat, the noise woke us up
