- • In the description of the reserved room, it indicated that the suite had a private pool, at the time of check-in they assign a room without a pool and/or jacuzzi stating that this service is only available in the presidential suite and that the reserved room refers to the hotel's outdoor pool. Therefore, the advertising at the time of booking the hotel is misleading.

Rude receptionist
I made a reservation for a room with a Jacuzzi and when I arrived there it was occupied and the receptionist lady was rude, haughty, and said I should take another room because the one with a Jacuzzi was occupied and she got upset because I didn't want to and didn't take the service
