- • The room was super nice but the whirlpool tub was broken, they didn't provide soap for it, the shower leaked water and wet everything. At night we wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant but it was full, the service was bad, and they didn't offer an alternative, just to wait. As guests, we should have priority. The breakfast was very poor.
The location in Florida Blanca is excellent, very close to everything, malls, transportation, restaurants. They have a very complete and good breakfast.

- • The lobby entrance has a convenience store next to it with a lot of trash, and the lobby itself is not very comfortable, it could be improved.
In the end, we paid an extra for the room with a jacuzzi. It was of a very considerable size. Spacious, fresh.

- • Charged $438,000 including breakfast, but the jacuzzi had issues, the overhead shower was broken. Their response was they were going to report it and still charged over $400 with bathroom issues. You don't pay that amount in Colombia to have poor facilities in a suite. They should have given a discount at least.

- • When I went to pay the bill for the company with the tax ID, they didn't remind me to withhold tax and the payment was incorrect.
