Excellent location, but the bathroom was disappointing, too small. The shower didn't heat up on the first day, but worked on the following days; in my kids' room, it didn't work well any day. Kind and polite staff

The daytime front desk staff was not helpful at all. Barely spoke to us. The night staff was nice. The room was extremely small and cramped. Would never stay here again.

Great location but definitely needs renovation
Definitely needs to be renovated from the 70s. Rooms are narrow although clean. Breakfast service is practically self-service. Reception guys poorly informed about city schedules, attractions, and restaurants. The big advantage is its very convenient location to reach everything in Punta del Este.

The accommodation was good, the shower door didn't close properly and leaked water, leaving the bathroom all wet. The breakfast was very good! And the location perfect!

Lacks soul.
NEUTRAL hotel, neither good nor bad. As a great hotelier from Punta del Este would say: hotels may or may not have soul, vibrate so that the guest wants to return. For some, it doesn't matter. Humbly, a soulless hotel, although it can improve, the structures are good.

Recommended for its location close to everything
The location is excellent for getting around without using the car much. I would return on another occasion and will ask for a room with more windows.
