They should improve to keep being as beautiful as it is
The location, breakfast, and the staff. The space downstairs to have mate while looking outside is great. The reception is nice to not always be locked in my room

- • It does not have parking, the showers always run cold and never get hot. The boilers never manage to heat up. We went several times and even complained, and they tell me that we have to wait for the boilers, but I don't know for how long. Sometimes it takes an hour and it still comes out lukewarm. The size of the rooms is very restricted, and the bathrooms are complicated if an adult or a larger person goes in because they are very small. The toilet, sink, and shower are all stuck to the wall, making it hard to enter. The breakfast was a bit scarce, not bad, but this year we went to another place for the same price, which was much better. That's why I think they should improve these aspects because the hotel is beautiful, but people, after trying places with more amenities, will go elsewhere. The mattresses were also quite worn out

- • At night, the area isn’t the most pretty. The hotel doesn’t have parking, so you have to find a place on the street nearby, and you’re always approached by insistent “trapitos” (+ having to pay through the SEM app to park on the street during the day). The hotel has a “deal” with a nearby parking lot but it’s expensive ($25.000 per day in August 2026). Whenever we wanted to shower, we had to call reception because the water was cold. We had to wait for ca. 15 minutes after that before being able to shower.
