Well appointed, comfortable and friendly.
Great location, room was stylish and the bed extremely comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and koans spacious well appointed bathroom. The staff were informative and friendly too.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, the heated bathroom floors felt luxurious and the location was right in the heart of the city. No need to drive anywhere. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back on our next stay in Victoria. The underground parking was a nice touch.

Lots of character, central to everything in downtown Victoria.
The location is quite central - lots of interesting local small eateries off the "tourist" beaten path, which I really enjoy. If you really want the tourist experience, the walk down to the main drag is a quick 5 minutes to Government Street and the harbor. This is an iconic property as well - lots of character. Beds are amazing. Staff members are exceptional. Very accommodating. The bar is also convenient if you want a quick drink and some social time.

- • Would like a more suitable business center while waiting for a room (on the main level) rather than the lower level but this is a historic building and that might be a challenge to add.
Overall, very convenient. Staff so friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean.
