- • From the photos, everything looked very nice, but when we arrived, the heat upon entering the hotel was horrible. The receptionist girl was very kind and helpful at all times. When we went up to the room, the heat inside was unbearable, more than outside, the air conditioning was blowing hot air, they didn't want to refund us, but finally they did and we went to another hotel. I do not recommend it at all, we were the only guests in the entire hotel, it seemed clean but all abandoned, the hotel a 0, the receptionist a 10, she assisted us perfectly at all times
