- • I stayed at Residencial Flores on July 30th in suite 04. The facilities lack investments. Hard bed. It seems like sleeping on plywood, the electric shower works. However, it almost burns my skin because the water is too hot due to low pressure. Loose toilet from the bathroom floor, causing a bad smell. Air conditioning doesn't cool enough. The hotel entrance, banner completely torn, when it rains we get all wet when accessing and leaving the hotel! I have complained several times for improvements to happen. The daily rate through Booking is being charged at R$ 160. At Sfera Motel, the suite costs R$ 110. With breakfast. I am not advertising Sfera Motel, but undoubtedly the comfort is much better than Residencial Flores.

- • Young people causing trouble all night long. There is no concierge, we spent almost half an hour trying to contact them to open.

- • The electric shower in the suite is not working and the bed is hard. The mattress could be of better quality.
